These terms cover the Clovi app and getclovi.com, made by RB Innovates. By using Clovi you agree to them.

Clovi is information, not medical advice

Clovi explains ingredients and scores products using published rules and sources. It isn't a doctor and can't diagnose or treat anything. Always check a product's own label, patch test new products, and see a dermatologist for skin conditions, allergies or reactions. Product formulas change, so the list on your pack wins over ours. If they differ, snap your label so Clovi can update it.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Clovi. Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account any time in the app.

Clovi Plus

Clovi Plus is a subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, free trials, renewals and refunds follow their rules, and you manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Things you share

If you send label photos or write reviews, you let us use them to run and improve Clovi, for example adding an ingredient list to the product database or showing your review to other users. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful or that isn't yours to share.

Shop links

Some links go to shops like Ulta Beauty or Sephora. Purchases there are between you and the shop. See our affiliate disclosure.

Our content

The Clovi name, logo, mascot, ingredient cards and app are ours. Ingredient data from Open Beauty Facts and EU CosIng stays under their own licences.

Limits

We work hard to keep Clovi accurate, but it's provided as is and may contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on it.
